The regional qualifying competition in accordance with WorldSkills standards was held in Mogilev in February in 3 following skills: "Wall and Floor Tiling" on the premises of Mogilev State Vocational Lyceum №9 named after A.P. Starovoitov (17-18.02); "Cooking" on the premises of Mogilev State College of Technology (18.02); "Hairdressing" on the premises of Mogilev State Vocational Lyceum №7 (26.02). Future masters of their craft from 12 technical vocational and secondary specialised educational institutions competed for the title of the best in their occupation.
